About Randy

Councilman Randall (Randy) Figg is a dedicated public servant seeking reelection to the St. Joseph County Council, District F. Born and raised in St. Joseph County, Randy has deep roots in the community. Randy's strong commitment to his community is evident through his extensive public service. After retiring from the Solid Waste Management District, where he served as the Financial Coordinator for nearly 20 years, Randy was elected to the St. Joseph County Council in 2022. Since his election, Randy has been a strong advocate for promoting a family- and business-friendly community.

Beyond his professional life, Randy is an active member of Bible Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon and Chairman of the Board. He has been involved in teaching Sunday School for 25 years and has held various administrative positions within the church. Randy's unwavering dedication extends to his family, as he has been happily married to his wife, Gail, for over 39 years. They have two adult children, Amber and Evan.

With his extensive experience, strong community ties, and commitment to serving others, Randy Figg is ready to continue serving the community that has blessed his family. He is dedicated to the betterment of St. Joseph County and will continue to work tirelessly for its residents.
